By accessing and using this Site, all persons, entities of any type or nature or any other user of this Site (individually, a “User” and collectively, “Users”) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of use ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations. Users who do not agree with these Terms may not use or access this Site.
Peryton products are made upon receipt of an order from a User. Any User who places an order for Peryton products in any manner whatsoever, whether on this site or by separate email, correspondence, or phone order, acknowledges and agrees that: (a) such order will not be final or valid and Peryton will not commence the making of the item ordered until such User has remitted to Peryton, and Peryton has confirmed receipt of, a deposit in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the price of the item exclusive of shipping fees, taxes and/or duties (the “Deposit”); (b) the remainder of the price of the item plus shipping fees, taxes and/or duties owed at such time that the item is ready to be shipped (the “Remaining Payment”) shall be due and payable when the item is ready to be shipped; and (c) Peryton shall not be obligated to deliver the item ordered until Peryton has confirmed receipt of the Remaining Payment.
Peryton leather goods are not stocked. They are made upon a User’s request. Therefore, any User who places an order for Peryton products in any manner whatsoever, whether on this site or by separate email, correspondence or phone order, acknowledges and agrees that: (a) cancellation of an order after Peryton has commenced the making of the item ordered shall result in forfeiture of the Deposit; (b) User’s failure to remit the Remaining Payment to Peryton within a reasonable period of time after Peryton has notified the User of its readiness to ship the item ordered shall also result in forfeiture of the Deposit; (c) the item, once delivered to the User, may not be returned or exchanged unless delivered in a damaged condition as determined by Peryton in its sole and absolute discretion; and (d) Peryton reserves the right to cancel orders at its discretion and will refund promptly the amount of any payment made by User for such cancelled order in the original form of payment.
Peryton may add or discontinue items at any time without notice. Peryton attempts to be as accurate as possible in describing its products and listing prices for the same; however Peryton does not warrant that product descriptions or prices are correct. All pricing for Peryton products are subject to change without notice. Peryton reserves the right to make adjustments to product prices due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, price changes for raw materials and production, errors in pricing and other extenuating circumstances.

I like to connect dots. Not so much the literal ones — but the dots that represent disparate things, ideas, feelings, characteristics, positions, textures and colors.

My name is Gina Love. I am the daughter of an artist and an engineer.
I am Jamaican and American. I grew up in small towns dreaming of big cities.
I went to law school. All the while wondering whether I should have gone to design school.
I moved to New York to practice real estate at a large national law firm and, after a number of years, I joined an even larger international law firm. I enjoyed the work and I liked the idea that I was involved in the quintessence of the city — it’s skyline. But —
I loved taking night and weekend classes at the International Center of Photography and Parsons School of Design.
I bought a camera and, during free weekends, I photographed the city, her people and architecture, which I documented in a photography blog called The Photodiarist. Not long after that —
I created Peryton.
If law firm life moved quickly and often without respite, then Peryton came to life in slow motion. While practicing law full-time, I designed, sketched, constructed, edited, tested, organized, researched, net-worked, sourced and problem-solved over a period of five years before launching the brand. Which made me realize that —
I do not have to choose sides. Be it problem solving over poetry. Or art over functional design. Critical thinking over storytelling. Or meticulous planning over going where the wind blows. Eventually, I found a way to use it all. To connect the dots that represent my multiple facets, passions and interests.
The result is peryton.com, a new American luxury brand.
